At LuxeHair, we want you to love your Root Volumizer Spray.

Delivery
We currently deliver within Lebanon only. Orders arrive within 2 to 5 days, and payment is cash on delivery (COD).

Returns
Because Root Volumizer Spray is a personal care product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, for hygiene and safety reasons. This applies to all orders, whether the seal is broken or not.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at luxehair@support.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will review the issue and make it right, either with a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.
